Okay thanks! Sadly some of my friends that I know would never scam anyone, and are still banned. I think they are still banned because scammers made fakes of them attempting to scam. Is there a way otm can prevent that?

Lol ty tadaaah, glad to see admins respond through this. My brother lost a ton through mail after opening chests, and he sent a ticket and 2+ months later still no response. Would love to know if he will get a response soon.
