Okay so, i have heard about all this Horizontal Change and XP Balancing but i have no idea what they mean by this. What is "Horizontal Change" and XP Balancing?

I find find it how this is kinda unfair how people who cant get plat cant have seasonal fashion or its kind of unobtainable when fashion is bought from chests and seasonal bosses drop them.

Could it be possible if we brought back how old events were like how we could get fashion and weapons by collecting mob drops? Instead now we have to get seasonal fashion from chests and weapons from bosses?
