Is it the same as before? Every 3 hours with 3 hour window?

Or if it's 4x only then 14 day window becomes 3.5 days?

We have found that all gara skain opal and spider have 4 hr times with a small window(dont knoe but arround same as dl)
Edit: all legacy we have gotten so far have been 4hrs
