To get into Corrupted Gardens Tower you have to do Sealing The Breech quest. Is the quest available yet even though the Gardens isn’t?

As an an ice mage I am used to casting a spell and having it hit after a delay. Now with the new an improved LAG it is really great. I cast a spell and have time to get a cup of coffee before it hits. REALLY NICE. Too bad lixs run at normal speed :-(

I have heard there will not be mount or pet tokens in chests. Is that true? If it's true then there is really no reason to buy chests.
