Why every time a mob is killed, a puff of white smoke-like substance would come out from their bodies? Are these "white smoke" suppose to be like souls or something like that?

Title says it all, I have ran into a few people with the weapons but literally never ran into people with the armor pieces.

Only ones we've seen are the wings that I'm aware of. OTM didn't hand out mounts this event. The only reason we are seeing the wings is a friend got them from a bounty bag

Mmh thats arguable. I would take gear that adds abilities and direct skill boosts over lux items. But lux items may be a great substitute when you don't have acces to good raid gear. Could you be more specific which lux exactly you mean? I meant the standard lux from quigley, wanderer, squire, lord...

Regen is something that I am not concerned about, as I do fine with my sigils.
