This is directed at whoever takes care of glitches/bugs. I purchased 24000 platinum during the double platinum event and didn't receive 8000 of it. I contacted apple support as well as sent in 2 mail reports from my toon to CH support. I have yet to hear back from Celtic heroes and iTunes says this...
