It appears that Herne was not given proper notification of impending server maintenance as is customary when we bring the servers offline. Normally we give several advanced notices as early as 1 hour before maintenance. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused any players. Thank you

Hi we have had no notification about servers resetting in the past 70 minutes of playing, but suddenly 8:07 Uk time we got disconnected and get get back online. Is this an official server reset or just server down for a broken reason thank you.

Today's reset should implement a fix for players stuck online. If you attempt to log in while another character is online, you will still receive the notification that you are already logged in and to please wait 5 minutes.
