Trying to re-download the game...

I cant even get to the log-in screen :/ the thing is after I start the app it crashes Admin any ideas how could this issue be fixed ?

So ive just downloaded the update and when I launch the app it shows me the picture of dragon armours and then crashes :/

And the biggest thanks of all goes to...... (Drumroll please)...... LAVERNE!!!!!! Thank you SO MUCH for organizing the whole thing! You sure know how to throw one hell of a party!!
