I use a heroic ammy of rejuv, masters grim, heroic boots and 5 tick energy ring atm. Any of this lux unnecessary?

Here are some of my tips on how to achieve zero lag on your old device.

Step 1: Cover in peanut butter. Really smother it.
Step 2: Bury it in your cat's litterbox.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: NO LAG!
