Another reason to choose warden or frozen, what if I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on gold and plat. It's good armour for free!

Also your energy looks like its fine but how much is your in combat regen how many sigils and do u cast meditate, you don't have to put skills in it but it might help. Also this may be completely wrong because iv never had a hight lvl rogue. Hope it helped

I just used the skills that they give you at the beginning so I don't really know what Im doing just working with what I have.
