Are legacy bosses still spawning or was that removed?

Whenever I try to load ch for the last probably 12 hours it says it's looking for updates and I can't get to Home Screen. Anyone got a fix?

Recently opened my bank to see a $15 charge for apple, and upon further search it was for platinum in CH, before i had woken up. is there anybody i can speak to to analyze purchases made with CH via my apple?
