This is the most usable dl offhand in all 5 classes the others are crappy. Mind explaining how its better than the 150 lux offhand that has regen? I didnt say anything about being better than lux item, and tiny regen kinda doesnt matter anyways cuz almost evry high lvl druids rely on sigils anyways...
