What happened to the planned shiny toon effect?

People need to realise that ofc they don't care about CH anymore... Why would the people that now own it care about a game they didn't make...
They only care about WarHammer. CH is just a money pot. Shame.

Call me cheap, but when a boss glitches and we have to reset and 1 or 2 Heroic combos and pots are wasted then as a good will I thought support would replace the lixes and pots...
