Just happened to me on herne, any idea how to fix or when I can get on again?

The issue is that while you had both character slots full you had a character undeleted by our support team. This has taken over the character limit and that is why you cannot log in. If you let me know which one of them you would like deleted I can take care of that then you will be able to log-in...

We would need at least the character name and server they are on to locate your account.

Then we can look into what the issue might be.

Hey, this happened about a week ago, I made a new account just to try something out. After that I logged out and logged into my main account where ALL MY STUFF IS. And it goes like "connecting..." then "loading game..." this is where it gets stuck and won't load... I can't get on...
