Think you've got pretty much what u need at that level. Just always choose your highest damage weapon that u can get, but not 2h. This. As far as I am aware, there's not really any other way to do it. However, I've not really messed with registered emails, so take my response with a grain of salt. I'd try sending in something to support or directly contacting one of them on the forums or other platforms.
