Does crumbling items only appear in highshore fishing spots or the entire of lirs reach?

Im currently serving national service in Japan and im just wondering if my toons will get deleted if i dont play after a long time?

U know u have to collect those 3 mire bloods right? Even if u DID NOT get that mire blood, because for example ur in a group, the quests still counts as a kill. Lets say u kill 3 mire serpents but only have 1 mire blood, the quest would say ur done but u still need to collect that 2 other mire blood...
