If you ring swap then skill points isnt an issue, which honestly any endgame dps mage should be gear swapping if your not you are throwing away dps

Yes recast braces if u have gele wand are necessary. For ammy and misc godly Horfrost Riviere and Runestone are best for dps however if you need skill points then godly osan ammy is also a good option

With what you have I would go for another endless night ring and run 2 endless night and one blast gele then keep a swap spot for ur shards other blast ring and rest of your skill rings (until gele shards ofc)....having a shards ring or both gele blast outside a swap spot is wasting dps when you cou...
