Maybe they use the glitch some in our world use to stay on almost 24/7 sitting at one mob and slowly getting exp.

I'm a 5000 warrior. 100% invested in focus, then a bunch of hacked mage gear to remove the class req. I also use a DL boe with a dl rondol as offhand.
