Double attack is a skill usable for all classes. I am a mage myself and have used it before. The only drawback is that warriors,rangers, and rogues are the only classes that can use the skill-bonusing rings! Hope I helped!

This should be in your server section for the most accurate response. For now I can just tell you taranis. Even the peon charm can go for 130k+ because most of the charms were dropped after they were removed to increase the value of the ones left.
