It sounds like you have the right username, but it’s got a slight bug. The “Account Conflicted” message is fairly common among new players coming back to the game after not having played for a few years - back when Android and IOS servers were merged together, any accounts on separate versions of the game that had the same username were marked as “conflicted accounts” (e.g. jackryan on Android and jackryan on IOS).
If you send an email to email@example.com
, they will be able to help fix your username issue. Give them the username, and any info you can remember about the account - character names, levels, classes, what servers they were on...everything you give them will only help speed the process up (note - they don’t need your password!).
It may take a few week days or so to hear back from them. They have been behind on support tickets for a while now due to COVID and more people coming back to the game with issues.
