Will doch gul ever be made suitable for a tank Ik there is a few peices that would be insane mad for a tank but the armour down grades it, when will doch gul have armour added to it for warriors or can there be a set made just for a tank?

Created a poll in response to this topic. Personally though, I don't think it needs a buff. It already got one in this update!

The simple answer is probably never. Doch gul is a dps armour set, not tank set so will most likely never be viable for tanking.

And currently no dg piece is mad for tanking atm. Sure you get good vit and defence from boots and legs but there is 0 chaos resists and the armour and elemental resists make it useless

^ LOL...I would hardly call 100 extra armour a buff. It definitely isn't fine as is. Still no chaos resists, zero energy or health bonuses. I can't even use full set at Gelebron. Hell, I hardly run around with full set anymore because I get tired of using so many restos.

But I do think otm should make an "elite" armour that's specifically for Tanks. DG is pure dps and not a whole lot of people want to waste any pures towards Tanks that will never use it.

Doch gul definitly needs aboost on every area. Its a very hard gained armor that takes alot of work and alot of scheduling and not to mention the spawn times and chances of pure drops

Doch Gul needs to stop being "prestige armor" and become a true upgrade to EDL. It's a natural progression of the warden armor quest line.

^ ya it would be nice if doch gul armour would actually be obtainable for more then 1-4 clan members per year:(

For pieces, the boots are the best. Defense given more than +8 def form and the vit isn't bad...other than that all other doch gear prices for warrior are no Bueno

Legs add 800 defence and 200 vit. Would be good if it had chaos resists but...0

Dg armour is fine, is this Celtic heroes or Celtic babies? Dg sacrifices survivability for DPS add some goddamn vit if you are crying about survivability or pass on your pures.

Drop rate sucks and at this rate there will never be a clan fully geared with set like edl or dl.
