Well, let's start at lvl 1.
Level 1... It's easy to climb up the ranks. But as you progress it gets harder.
Do quests for xp
Grind for xp
But at level 100 there is a noticeable hardship.
It's harder to rank up...
Then eventually U have 240. The level cap.

Now irl start off as a small intern. Easily you earn a position. By running errands and doing "quests"
Grinding... Simply working.
As you climb up, it gets harder.
Then as the director of a company... What can you do?
You can't get up higher. But you still tackle large problems with your team (bossfights)
You still work hard (grind) simply to climb up higher. It's a giant skyscraper. You can't get higher then director, but you can become a millionaire director.

I guess Ch is like irl. I wake up in the morning still wearing my full DL, and bow. Walk outside and start camping at the red light, in hopes a green pops. Then I exit the car and grind all day to earn the little money I get to buy platinum. So yeah your right

CH is just like real life. Yesterday I went into town and some random stranger comes up and whispers in my ear: "I buy ur pants 10k". Not wanting to give a stranger my pants and walk down the street naked, I ran away. Fast.

Teaches you how to balance a budget! Especially when you have alts (kids)!

Also loot tables are a great example on how life sucks sometimes and stuff aint fair
