so ive started a mini spear rogue
stats ive already got down and know what im gonna do

skills are:
double strike
life steal

im wondering which of these other few are worth using:
Riposte
poison weapon
quickstrike
sneaky attack

im thinking that sneaky isnt so good because it can only be used once per battle
poison not as good because of slow wep
and i have no idea if quickstrike or riposte is good or not haha

any suggestions on my skills from the old veterans?

I would do shadowstrike and only 1 of double attack or quickstrike, not both
Sneaky is less then useless with spear (literally, it just takes up points that could be used somewhere else)
Poison weps is much better with dagger, as it would hit more times, doing more dps
Riposte is pretty good, with metioric dagger i use it at 20/30 and its like a few more then auto hits (kind of)

I dont really have the time to read all of that guide, but what is do u think is better for me
I currently use dagger, lvl 125+ rogue
All my skills dont depend on any specific weapon

Would i be better off with dagger or spear?
If i cant work it out, then i may spend the time to read that long as guide thingy

The guide lays out the build. I can't believe you would state you don't have time to read the guide that someone has taken the time to write and then ask ppl to take the time to read your post and give advice

Kind of hard to say...dont know your gear, what lixes your using, if your with a partner etc...I've lvled with both spear and dagger in tower and I've found they are about the same, skills seem to be more effective then anything

Lots of general info but so many things wrong also,
Rend and skewer use at lvl 1???? Yes it deals same damage as auto but you miss an auto to cast it lol.
Distract?
Bandage wounds?
Points in focus?
Haste gloves or dagger? Use ring seriously
Too many skills used
Stats wrong

Quick strike is a rogues main skill always max this it's instant and doesn't use an auto so in effect it stacks damage on top of your auto.
Max 4 skills you will use put spare points in 5th of choice qs ss double attack and assassinate with rend for bossing build
For training swap rend for riposte
