Forget you people that's just dumb.

I'm making my new clan 'OnlyRogues' and were gonna run roughshod over my entire server! Druids - lame. Rangers - what's the point!?!? I won't stop till 99% of the entire server is rogues and we have pwnt u all.

I agree more druids should be played, but I think it would be far easier to get MAIN druids to play if their gameplay and issues would be FIXED rather than FORCING them to play (or forcing mains to make and power lvl alts) by nerfing idols.

I said what I think about idol nerf, im in favor but not atm, first game mechanics, then idol nerf/removal, much better solution pattern IMO.

How about a non-plat bossing solution. If you have sigils, use them.

Otherwise: life steal does both dmg and heal. Get more vit. get an alt druid. Think about changing your strategy from kamikaze to preserving your life WHILE trying to kill the boss.

Im sorry. I know I gave two options if you wanted to kill the boss using rogues. I believe it was somewhere in the last sentence. After you read that a few times, maybe you and your clan can either decide to use the other classes to kill the boss as so many other servers have done or make snow angels while the ch community laughs at how basic you are for thinking rogues can run over this boss, guns blazing, like in previous events. Regardless, you can stay mad at the fact you may not be able to adapt to new bosses and new tactics.

We have already killed a few 200 fulls. All i'm saying is your strategy is bad.

seems to be alot of push from OTM to move away from rogue centered groups and use mixed groups and all classes and skills, however, you have years worth of server history dedicated to the old system. You arnt going to find 5...10...20 main druids that are level 200 anytime soon...or mages for that matter...or rangers. Mages and Rangers best on these AOE bosses but no one wants to play em.

Love how everyone's solution is plat related, yeah get sigils to keep you alive.. Yeah pop a health elix.. Yeah buy old idols.
Only good advice ive heard is druids with heals but on danu we only have 3 good druids and they are usually on tanks. Hmm.

Find me an endgame boss that doesnt require the use of the plat. Hrungir, mordris, necro, and event. Do you know of a single clan that doesnt use plat to kill one of the above bosses? So yes, get some sigils, pop a health lix and buy some idols. Not to mention you guys only have three druids so poping a health lix shouldnt be new for you guys.

No my strategy isnt. Avoiding the overuse of rogues or using them wisely so they don't zerg and die every two seconds is pretty smart considering you would be wasting resources otherwise. We kill the 200 6 with about 25-30 players with little to no plat used as far as idols because people know how to stay alive and we adapt our strategy to fit the boss tactics. I use about two haste lix and the boss is usually within the last 15% by time i use a third lix so I usually just use rapid shot instead. I can see you guys zerging the boss with your rogues now. Matter of fact, I would love to watch your clan take down a 200 just so you can prove m wrong.
