#1Is a Balanced cutlass rare? I never seen one before but someone says it is common yet I never seen it before.

#3Cutlass of "xxx" No such thing. It's any of the vendor's weapons in Dustwhither's shop at Withered Vaults with an "xxx" after it. They are not rare, but an uncommon drop.
Booty is the most important thing.
