I'm trying to help my husband sign up for the forums but it keeps saying his username is inactive, even though he just registered the account.

PM the details to me and Difinitus, can’t promise we’ll be able to do much with it until Monday though.

In order to activate your account you first gotta go to the email that you used to register to forums and confirm the account. So basically check the email and activate the account

The username he's trying to use might have been inactivated because someone else was breaking the forum rules a lot under that name. Difinitus should be able to help you.
