When I see this item on other players it's bright around their head. The one I have is dull and u can barely see any color at all. Can I get this fixed? IGN wayneth

Do you have a camouflage buff? If so, that is the reason that your cap is not as bright as other players.

The camouflage buff makes all of your equipped gear somewhat transparent, so any special effects like glowing or sparkling isn't as evident.

I have added and removed the camo equipment, but there is no difference. There now should be sparkle instead of a glow, but there is no sparkle what so ever from the cap/eye patch combo for the quartermaster set. before there was a dull glow, but now there is no status at all on it since the update. I have the item on balor, and lir, and both servers have nothing.

No the glow effects are placed incorrectly or are scaled too small to be seen effectively, most of the glow from those items is actually INSIDE the players head...

Pretty sure these were bugged months ago, but always worth double checking

Has been bugged for fixing. Currently there are higher priority issues to be dealt with but this will be resolved.
