#1I won the valentine caption contest and got a pm from community asking which account i want the plat sent to, but it says i need to get more involved to unlock replies and composing msg.

#2If my memory is correct, you need to have posted 5 times before you can send Private Messages. You currently have 3.
Just post a couple times in this thread. That should unlock the ability to send/reply to the PM.
