I am MrsMiracle from world Herne and I once owned a Sultan's Red Carpet but one day when I logged in I doin it was missing, can support help me find where it was traded to or have I accidentally dropped it?

If you have accidentally dropped an item the Support Team will be able to restore it.

But I am not sure whether I accidentally dropped it or I have forgotten where I have traded it to, so I am requesting for a check-up on my Carpet on where has it went to, as I have not remembered selling it in the game.

If you contact the Support Team they will be able to check the status of the item, and whether it was traded or dropped.

I tried that it wouldn't work that it why I came to seek help here. It has been like a month since I sent the ticket.
