Restore Accounts

I have sent a support ticket 6 days ago for my toons Pex level 87 warrior server Nuada and my ranger Legolas123 172 server Nuada... I haven't heard nothing back about restoring those nor have they been restored... I need my toons back I put too much money into them for them to get lost

Thanks voldemort, they have done today, I been playing this game since 2011 and I didn't want to quit now

I'm praying they can restore Yayo. I started back in 2012 on ios. I pod 2 lol. Sulis FTW. I'm glad they fixed yours.

Hopefully bud I've been playing since 2011,taranis was my first server and Nuada is my last
