So I played this game a long time ago and Decided to get back into it. The problem is I can’t get on because of this error. How do I change my account name to fix this?

support@onethumbmobile.com with your username and server info and see if they can help out.

I’ve emailed them twice, but haven’t heard anything yet. Unfortunately I don’t remember what world my character was in, because it’s been several years. Will this be a big problem?
