What does this exactly mean??? My device is disabled? Idk what is going on.. my fiancé lives in a different state and it’s doing it to her as well. I’m confused is my device am I ip banned or what. I don’t understand

It says your account is disabled. I think if you've been banned it actually says banned. Not sure though. Just contact support like it says is your best bet.

+1 to what Samy said. Also, might want to remove the picture as it has your username in it, just to be safe.
