The reason I send you all to the proper channels for support is we're currently behind. I am spending most of my time on the tickets trying to get response times back to an acceptable timeframe. So when I say, "My PMs aren't a way to circumvent support." It's bc there's already a queue in front of you. They've been waiting a long time to get help, so I want to help them as quickly as possible in the order in which the request was received.
Also, we don't delete toons/accounts/etc.

Is it for certain deleted?
Have we for sure eliminated the usual suspects?

- correct account (if player has multiple accounts, they're not just looking at the wrong one)
- correct account info (never hurts to double check)
- gone through character creation screen (active toons don't show up immediately if the app has been redownloaded, etc.)
- selected correct server (wouldn't show up it looking at a different server)
