I can’t get it to complete. Any ideas on how?

Equip the tibia the npc gave you. It will give you a skill, cast this skill on the monolith

Use the charm u got from the quests, go to the mono and cast the skill on it. Please not u need to kill the 3 roaming reavers and the vine that spawn near mono or it will interrupt ur skill, it takes 30 secs to cast or so

You may need to search for it in Inventory, it doesn't seem to show up for some people.

The Tibia will be found in your Inventory under the Jewellery filter. You equip this and it gives you a skill that you have to cast on the Spire to complete the quest.

A clannie answered a few min after I posted this. I would have figured it out if the inventory didn't constantly close.

Then even afte I knew what to do it took half an hour to find it, equip it and then equip the skill.

Are they planning on fixing that? What was the fix at reset for?

It is being worked on as we speak.
