Not getting any Platinum after offers

First, I and my fiance have repeatedly emailed support for over a week before posting to the forums today about this.
I was willing to throw some money into this game but the support has been nill. Not even a reply. We have both downloaded and completed offers to the equivalent of almost 2,000 Platinum. I have received maybe 40. I am certain I completed the tasks necessary. I tried clearing my cache, opening and closing the game that was suppose to give me the Platinum. I have tried in game support and emailing with the contact email.
It hasn't been just the Platinum. I couldn't figure out how to log into my other device. I contacted support and never received a reply. I figured it out on my own by creating a character then I was able to change the server to the one with my character.

I really like this game. It is the best MMORPG I have played on Android.

Has anyone else figured out how to get support to be supportive ?

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the advertising companies offers. They are controlled by the advertising company and the companies who advertise through them.
Please contact the company the offer was completed with by tapping the "Need Help" button found at the bottom of the advertisers page in-game.
If you do this, please send them a screenshot of the offers page on your device that shows the offer you are referring to and also include any reference numbers that are present on the screen to allow them to locate your devices offer easier.
Once they have confirmed the offer being completed, please send the details / screenshots to Support@onethumbmobile.com and our Support Team can manually award you the platinum.
