Is unhallowed necklace of the behemoth a good choice for dps on rogue? Asked around a little bit and some say its really good while others say terrible but not exactly sure what crushing resist is like on raid bosses

Good for spider boss. There are options that are better overall though which can probably be obtained for less loot.
