After a hard weekend of playing it is finally nice that there is no proper lag anymore, sure sometimes the game runs a little slow but it is much much smoother today.

You don't understand. Toons need to be parked when the boss spawns and it could be anytime between 1 minute and 36 hours.
Unless there is a cooking fire or fishing hole near Mordris or Necro, they can't do any type of cooking or fishing content when a boss is due.
That is the sad life of a raiding toon.
