Celtic Heroes

I have read in a couple of places that repeatable quests are a good way to level up. I don't know who gives these quests so it would help if you guys let me know what repeatable quests are good for what level and where they are. BTW i am a level 60 ranger.

The new lowe level quests will take you from 30-52, those are from loremasters in shalmont and fingals. The ow quest line is the one full of repeatables. It begins at level 75 with arbiter kester. But ne aware, if you take quests from yhe questgiver beyond those repeatables, you will lose access. Im exploring that right now, but, for example, you can get a repeatable at level 118, the sentinel on the bridge to gelebrons tower in otherworld. That quest, in combination with a few other repeatables can take you to level 145 faster than lixing on combos ever could. Sentinel, razorclaw, and blackstone magus' can net you 1200 gold and 276k xp... Every. 5. Minutes.
