Does anyone else think that devs shuld care more about support tickets and even respond that they recived the ticket? for example i keep encountering bugs alot like the No npc on map bug and the cant fast travel bug and the cant type msgs bug and the cant leave a area bug plus my most hated bug the fairys at sv dont give drops or exp bug e.e....i have reported these already but idk if they even care tbh cause the typing bug has been in game for 2 whole years with no fix plus the spawn timers as well ik many ppl have sent in tickets about the ow eye boss and its 2 hour spawn counter.so i would like to see ur opinions about this topic plz and ty ^~^

If you're having chat issues, jump to a ley. If that doesn't work, go to any ley in fingals. That should fix it for the time being.

I agree in that in game support tickets seem to only address easy fixes.

I still have a toon on my main acc (a bank toon) that I am unable to enter ch on. Sent a bunch of tickets i game over about 6months and still no fix. Sent a ticket from the forum here today... let's see how that goes.... xD

The in built support system is designed to be used for account issues when you require help from the Support Team.

Our Bug Reports sub forum would be the best place to report any bugs found in game for our QA Team.
