Celtic Heroes

There is talk about item/lux items becoming bound to a character once equiped, or even being stat required. Now if an admin could please verify if this is the case. As the update has been submitted already I do not see how any of this could be undecided yet, and there for I believe someone out there has the answers. Thanks

As a Beta tester, I can atleast assure you that it was just chatter floating around in the beta discussion and isn't a highly thought of idea, chances of them becoming bound are awfully low, chances of them having stats/levels reqs, I wouldn't mind all too much, but still, seems like the chances are low and not happening right now.
