So there was said to be new skills but was scrapped/put on hold?
Or
The new skills were the particle effects?
What I heard was (announced by OTM) there would be new Skill TOMES, one for each class that drop in the arcane sanctum.

There were plans for new skills with the floor 6 update but they got put on hold for later releases potentially.

New skills were added such as the Signal Fire skills but are not class based skills.

The new skill particle effects were an addition by the Art Team

How about new skills that pay the bills? because with this event and Proteus, were platting like crazy! I can only imagine how much Gele would cost.
