You can get them trough a quest located in castle called 'signal fires' I think or something like that. You need to collect the powders to obtain the phantom blade(main hand). The offhand is a rare drop from skeletons I think.

These are banshee blades, which are mainhand, the ofdhand version is obtained by killing a specific mob although I can't seem to find where

Got this beauty just :O first I owned the only godly on server, maybe in game idk, now I got the only glistening white in my server and whole game maybe?
