I would say that it sucks to be them. OTM is in no way to be blamed for the issue, in fact, they should be commended on how quickly they were able to bring the servers back up. Thanks OTM!

They are running a business and that would be a terrible customer service attitude.

People spend real life money on Elix etc and they should have the expectation that these purchases will be taken seriously by OTM.

As to the Plat question I assume if you bought some in the rolled back period you would still have your iStore receipt email.
