I would say that you just focus on leveling/dailies for a while, and when the time is right, start an uprising, recruiting everyone you can to oppose the dominant clan.

This might not get you dragonlord bosses most of the time or raid bosses either, but you will be under one roof with the people you enjoy playing with.
