Do you think that the cast time on the amulet's skill makes it a pointless skill?

How much is its cast time? Is it the same as midnight shield?

If so, the skill isn't bad in using for lock battles, or dealing out huge dmg with poison skill from reaper ring.

For a skill that lasts 15 seconds? Think about the damage lost from the 2 second cast time and compare it to the potential damage gain from 15 seconds of UP TO 150 fire damage.

Possible a bug. All these lux items should have instant recast and 60sec cool down period.

I have an armor version of this ammy and as far as i noticed the skill cast time is less than 2 sec also the cool down
is about 30 sec. Not sure about the DMG version thou. ill test mine again today after work and let you ppl know
what the accurate timings are.

I own one, and from just counting out loud I was able to make out maybe a little bit under 2 seconds, so yes it is probably 2 seconds. The other 1 mil ammys are insta cast, but are their cooldowns 60 seconds? This ammy cooldowns at 45 seconds, so its a 15 second less long cool down, which might make up for the two seconds lost.

I'll do some testing with timers later and compare it to other 1 mil ammy cooldowns.
