So the dark/Shadow/void bow of necro bnding pins a target level 190 or below to the spot . Does this mean there will never be mobs over 190 or that necro will become obsolete when they come out ?

I imagine Necro will be being farmed well through the next update (whenever that is) and we all know that OTM does not change existing items

when ur finally able to kill necro and get this weapons u shouldnt have any problems with other mobs 190 and below...

They havent confirmed that next update will have level 191+ mobs. So its possible we have another 2 years to enjoy the 4sec root effect of Necro bows.

They *could* change it so that it roots any mob for x amount of time (same as the freeze skill on the latest event staff). However much they may not like too, they have changed items in the past.
