2012 (last year) presents were incorrectly spawning.

Should have added more present spawn points. And where is the Secret Changes category?

There were a few spots where last year's presents were spawning, which meant you could pick them up but you could not turn them in to the Yulefather.

These spots now spawn the 2013 presents, which can be handed in as part of the quest.
