I have upgraded the "Meditate" spell several times and I realized- the spell was not getting any better. I was spending skill pints to make the exact same spell cost more energy to use. I was wondering if it gets better if you upgrade it enough? Thanks!

Meditate is also enhanced by your first aid ability level, not just the skill level.

No, the skill depends on your First Aid ability. Leveling it increases the skill by a variable percentage (depending on the First Aid)

It works in as a multiplier effect. If you have it 15/15 but your first aid is 1/800 for example, its not gonna do much. So say for evey skll point it goes up 0.2% of your first aid so if youre at 15/15 it would be 3% and 3% of 800 is er 24, so 24 per tick.
This is just an example, idk what the numbers actually are.
