What are Bane Scrolls?

I was in the OW and saw from a NPC something about Bane Scrolls. What are they, and how do I get them?

They are items that are dropped from the fairy quest mini bosses or ph these deal 10k damage to the boss listed on the scroll.

Minion of Eyes drop them.

Got one Bane for Chained King dropped by one of the chained family members. Could not remember which one though..

All minions can drop random banes all 5* bosses apart from the crest bosses in ow can drop random banes bosses like rockalanche, dominator, splee, bubulus, gribbles, larchthroat, bramblebark, scion, and shrouded can drop the banes. In most cases banes are random i have gotten a lavalord bane from a minions of eyes.

It's random. All I've ever gotten has been Irises or Scrolls. Its random.
