For those who haven't viewed the support page, abandon game play. It is a waste of time due to the new bug that has plagued CH. View the support page for further details. This bug currently is reporting LOSS OF ALL PROGRESS once the character has logged out. This includes gold, experience, and items. When you log back in you will respawn to an old point where you once had been, not the point where you originally logged out. We have confirmed this with over 15 members of our clan on Taranis and currently have a member hanging of with the Sword of the Winter King that we just killed. I have briefly looked over the many threads now open in the Support Page and believe that all worlds are currently being affected. If you read this confirm on your own individual worlds and warn those logged in to not continue game play until bug is fixed. Devs please see to it that this problem is fixed as soon as possible. Thanks for the Support and we look forward to stable game play again
